"It is easer to say which regions of Italy we do not import from" say Ian Steel "There are possibly only 4!" There is an emphasis on the indigenous grape varieties "There are so many great grapes in Italy" commented Robert Steel "That the wine enthusiast really has a whole new world of flavours to discover". There also, however, a few international grapes varieties, like Chardonnay, and firm UK favourites, like Pinot Grigio, on the list.
