ACS Food Equipment is exclusive distributor of a range of Italian pasta machines with an incredible history, dating back to 1805 Venice, which are very quick and easy to use but create a very superior quality of pasta. A pasta extruding machine is essential for making proper round spaghetti, authentic oval linguine and rigatoni, but lasagne sheet and flat pasta, from tagliolini to pappardelle, is also made using extruding machines. The pasta is automatically mixed, kneaded and then extruded through bronze dies. Extrusion through bronze is an ancient process that imparts a rough surface to the pasta, which will hold a sauce better. We have a range of six pasta machines to suit all capacities and budgets, plus manual and electric ravioli machines. We also distribute Italian vacuum packing machines.
