Our Free Range bronze and barn reared white-feathered turkeys are reared on a natural cereal-based diet, rich in oats, with no growth promoting additives. We still use centuries-old production methods, where turkeys are naturally reared to full maturity before being dry plucked by hand and game-hung to mature for at least twelve days, ensuring the finest taste for Christmas day. Turkey Crowns (turkey breast & wings) and Boneless Turkey Breast are also available.
